Job Summary
Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and prepare classroom materials to ensure a safe, clean, and inviting learning environment. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through active engagement while supervising and providing individualized care. Foster a sense of belonging by adhering to health and safety guidelines and licensing regulations. Communicate with families regarding child progress and daily activities. This role requires a high school diploma, preferred associate or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education, and previous experience in licensed childcare. Must pass state background checks and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
