Job Summary
Plan and deliver daily lesson plans for child and adolescent school-age patients receiving treatment in a behavioral health facility. Provide individualized academic assistance within a small classroom setting of 8 to 15 students, while monitoring teaching strategies to ensure student success. Maintain accurate attendance records and session reports, communicating regularly about student progress as needed. Commit to a 20-hour weekly schedule Monday through Friday from 12:00 to 4:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- B.A/B.S. degree from an accredited institution
- TX State teaching license
- Comfortable working with K-12 students
- Strong organizational skills
- Understanding of subject matter relevant to student needs
- Reliable Transportation
