Job Summary
Afternoon Tea Host greets guests warmly, seats them, answers questions, and helps maintain the dining room during service. Responsibilities include assisting servers with service (refilling beverages, bussing, and food item handling), dining room setup, stocking items, bussing and resetting tables, and providing service information (prices and menu). The role requires collaboration, attention to detail, strong customer-service orientation, and adherence to The Navigators’ mission and values, with opportunities to participate in organization-wide trainings and development events. The position is based in Colorado Springs, entails part-time hours, and is an on-site role at Glen Eyrie with hourly compensation of $16.35.
Required Qualifications
- Spiritual: Belief in and adherence to the Statement of Faith and Mission of The Navigators
- Experience: Strong organization & time management skills with emphasis on customer service
- Technical Knowledge & Skills: OpenTable Reservation system
- Communication & Leadership: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written)
