Part-Time Systems Administrator

Job Summary
Serve as primary administrator for the church's management system and related ministry platforms, maintaining accurate records, rosters, and attendance data. Partner with ministry teams to support check-ins, registrations, volunteer scheduling, and group rosters while building and maintaining digital forms and event sign-ups. Train staff on system use and troubleshoot software, workstation, and account issues to ensure reliable technology across the church. This part-time role reports to the Production Director with flexible weekday hours and regular Sunday coverage from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The Systems Administrator will help establish consistent data practices and improve workflows to support the church's mission of Love God, Love People, and Serve the World.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience administering databases, software platforms, or other organizational systems
- Experience supporting users, troubleshooting technology, or providing basic technical support
- Ability to learn, manage, and troubleshoot software platforms and technology systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and develop practical solutions
- Ability to build and improve forms, registrations, workflows, and other ministry processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to train and support staff with varying levels of technical experience
- Ability to translate ministry needs into practical technology and system solutions
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and good judgment
- Collaborative and able to work effectively with ministry leaders, staff, volunteers, and the Director of Production
- Adaptable, resourceful, and comfortable learning new technology and systems
- Proficiency with Google Workspace

- Attendance at required staff meetings, trainings, and other scheduled team commitments
- Regular Sunday hours 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, and All Hands on Deck (AHOD) events
Desired Qualifications
- College coursework or degree in information technology, business, ministry, or a related field
- Experience with Church Management Systems (ChMS) such as Pushpay, Planning Center, Church Community Builder, Fellowship One and/or Rock
- Experience serving or working in a church or ministry environment
