Teach weekly swim lessons to children aged 6 months through 12 years, prioritizing life-saving water safety skills and active on-the-water instruction. Train with an experienced mentor to master proven instruction methods while building trusting relationships with students and parents. Maintain safety as a top priority during all pool activities and engage in evening and weekend shifts on a set schedule. This role offers paid hands-on training for those without prior experience, with opportunities to grow into mentor or leadership positions within a nationwide team expanding across 12 states.
Required Qualifications
- Must love working with kids and bringing positive energy
- Reliable, safety-minded, and professional with great communication skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends on a set schedule
- Comfortable in the water and active on your feet
- Previous teaching or swim experience a plus, but not required - we provide paid training!
