Job Summary
Train weekly swim classes for children aged 6 months to 12 years while maintaining safety as a top priority. Teach life-saving water skills using proven methods under mentorship, creating positive relationships with students and parents. Remain active on your feet and in the pool throughout set shifts that include evenings and weekends. Prioritize safety in and around the pool while engaging kids through games and cheering on milestones. No prior experience required; paid training provided to ensure confidence from day one.
Required Qualifications
- Must love working with kids and bringing positive energy
- Reliable, safety-minded, and professional with great communication skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends on a set schedule
- Comfortable in the water and active on your feet
- Previous teaching or swim experience a plus, but not required - we provide paid training!
