Job Summary
Train weekly swim classes for children aged six months to 12 years using proven instruction methods, prioritizing safety and active engagement in and around the pool. Build trusting relationships with students and parents while teaching life-saving water skills through games and positive reinforcement. Work set shifts including evenings and weekends with an experienced mentor to learn our methods and develop leadership skills. This role offers paid training for all new hires and opportunities to grow into a mentor or leader within our expanding network of 60+ locations.
Required Qualifications
- Must love working with kids and bringing positive energy
- Reliable, safety-minded, and professional with great communication skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends on a set schedule
- Comfortable in the water and active on your feet
- Previous teaching or swim experience a plus, but not required - we provide paid training!
