Job Summary
Train weekly swim lessons for children aged six months to twelve years while maintaining strict safety protocols in and around the pool. Build positive relationships with students and parents through active, on-your-feet instruction and game-based learning. Work set shifts including evenings and weekends under the guidance of an experienced mentor to master proven instruction methods. This active role supports our mission to create a safe, fun environment where kids thrive, offering paid training for those without prior experience.
Required Qualifications
- Must love working with kids and bringing positive energy
- Reliable, safety-minded, and professional with great communication skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends on a set schedule
- Comfortable in the water and active on your feet
- Previous teaching or swim experience a plus, but not required - we provide paid training!
- Emler Swim and Gymnastic Schools participate in E-Verify to ensure all team members are authorized to work in the U.S.
