Job Summary
Train students aged 6 months to 12 years in life-saving water safety skills while maintaining a safe environment in and around the pool. Teach weekly lessons, cheer on student milestones, and build trusting relationships with students and parents. Work active, on-your-feet shifts that include evenings and weekends, utilizing proven instruction methods learned through mentorship. This part-time role offers paid training, opportunities to grow into a mentor or leader, and a team culture focused on fun and community engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Must love working with kids and bringing positive energy
- Reliable, safety-minded, and professional with great communication skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends on a set schedule
- Comfortable in the water and active on your feet
- E-Verify authorization to work in the U.S.
