Job Summary
Train weekly swim classes for children ages 6 months to 12 years while maintaining strict safety protocols in and around the pool. Teach life-saving water skills using proven methods under mentorship, fostering positive relationships with students and parents. Create an active, on-your-feet environment that encourages learning through games and celebration. Set shifts covering evenings and weekends to support the team's mission of helping kids thrive in a fun, encouraging atmosphere.
Required Qualifications
- Must love working with kids and bringing positive energy
- Reliable, safety-minded, and professional with great communication skills
- Ability to work evenings and weekends on a set schedule
- Comfortable in the water and active on your feet
- Previous teaching or swim experience a plus, but not required - we provide paid training!
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Subject to a background check following a conditional offer of employment
