Job Summary
Lead small groups of swimmers through progressively challenging skills while planning lessons and enforcing facility policies. Teach age- and ability-appropriate techniques with encouragement, communicate progress to parents, and cooperate with teammates in ongoing trainings. Cover all material required in each level while maintaining consistency in instruction. Available for at least one four-hour shift on Saturday or Sunday and two weekdays. Atlanta Swim Academy offers growth opportunities into leadership and cross-training roles within retail, customer service, and coaching departments.
Required Qualifications
- Available to work at least one 4-hour shift either Sat. or Sun. and at least two weekdays
- Certification in American Red Cross Lifeguard Training, CPR, and First Aid (training and course will be available for candidates after hiring, however; preference will be given to those that have active certification)
