Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations by managing opening and closing procedures, securing cash, and ensuring staff perform duties effectively. Train crew members on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience and drive sales through optimized merchandising and staff performance. Handle receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock to ensure efficient placement on the sales floor while performing maintenance tasks like cleaning and stocking. Act as Manager on Duty when needed to address urgent issues and support store leadership with World Recovery initiatives. Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate
- Minimum 1 years of management experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required)
- Must be able to identify and discern email and print instructions regarding merchandise layouts, associate schedules, and standard operating procedures
- Must be able to remain in a stationary, upright position for 80% of the time
- Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required)
