Oversee daily store operations as Manager on Duty, managing staff, handling urgent issues, and executing opening/closing procedures including cash securing and alarm setup. Train crew members on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience, ensuring fast checkouts and personal customer contact. Drive sales by optimizing merchandising and staff performance while assisting with stock receiving, unpacking, and organizing new inventory on the sales floor. Perform store maintenance tasks such as cleaning bathrooms, sweeping, and taking out garbage. Manage the entire process of receiving, unpacking, and organizing of new stock to ensure items are quickly and efficiently placed on the sales floor. Actively seeks ways to boost sales by optimizing merchandising, staff performance, and customer service. Partners with the entire store leadership team in merchandising procedures and World Recovery. Performs store maintenance including but not limited to taking out garbage, sweeping, cleaning bathrooms, maintaining stock room.
