Job Summary
Part-Time Support Lead at Five Below responsible for wowing customers via personal interaction, training crew on the BEST customer service experience, overseeing store associates’ daily duties, assisting with receiving and stock organization, acting as Manager on Duty when needed, handling opening/closing responsibilities and cash/security tasks, onboarding and training of associates, driving store sales, optimizing merchandising and operations, and collaborating with the store leadership team. Strong emphasis on customer service excellence, leadership, communication, multitasking, and adaptability to flexible schedules, including weekends and evenings. Located in Newington, NH.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
