Job Summary
Part Time Support Lead at Five Below responsible for driving customer-focused service, training crew on the B.E.S.T. experience, supervising store associates, handling receiving and stock organization, acting as Manager on Duty when needed, opening/closing duties, onboarding and ongoing training, driving sales while controlling expenses, collaborating with store leadership on merchandising and processes, and performing store maintenance. Requires leadership capability, strong communication, multitasking, adaptability to a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and the ability to operate a cash register and assist customers on the sales floor. Emphasis on creating a WOW customer experience and maintaining store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- College experience preferred
- Minimum 1 years of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
