Job Summary
Part-Time Support Lead at Five Below responsible for Wow-ing customers through personal service, training crew on the BEST customer experience, overseeing store associates, assisting with receiving and stock organization, acting as Manager on Duty when needed, opening/closing procedures, onboarding new associates, driving sales, and coordinating merchandising and operations with the store leadership team. Requires minimum 1 year of management experience, strong communication, and ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; involves cash handling, stockroom duties, and customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
