Job Summary
Part-time Support Lead at Five Below responsible for overseeing store operations and customer service. Responsibilities include training crew on the BEST customer service experience, supervising associates, assisting with receiving and stock organization, acting as Manager on Duty, opening/closing procedures, onboarding and training, driving sales, optimizing merchandising and procedures with the store leadership team, and maintaining store upkeep and safety. Requires supervisory experience, strong communication, multi-tasking, and the ability to work a flexible schedule. Location: Monaca, PA.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work a flexible schedule
- Ability to move, lift, and perform tasks as needed for store operations
