Job Summary
Part Time Support Lead responsible for ensuring crew deliver the BEST customer service experience, training crew on standards, overseeing daily store activities, assisting with receiving and stocking, acting as Manager on Duty, opening/closing procedures, onboarding and developing associates, driving sales and controlling expenses, partnering with store leadership on merchandising, and maintaining store operations and policies. Requires flexibility to work day/evening/weekends and occasional overnight shifts; strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills; physical ability to move/moveable stock and climb ladders as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- College experience preferred
- Minimum 1 years of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, which will require day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel (as required)
