Job Summary
Lead-in-role responsibilities include training crew on the BEST customer service experience, overseeing daily store activities and staff performance to ensure fast, friendly checkouts, assisting with receiving and stocking, acting as Manager on Duty when needed, opening/closing procedures with cash handling and security, onboarding and training of associates, driving sales while managing expenses, partnering with leadership on merchandising, and maintaining store operations and maintenance. Requires ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends/evenings and to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 years of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Flexible schedule including day, evening, weekends and may include overnight shifts and travel as required
