Job Summary
Part-Time Support Lead at Five Below responsible for wooing customers through personal contact, training crew on the BEST customer service experience, overseeing store associates’ daily activities and operations as Manager on Duty, handling opening/closing procedures, onboarding and training new staff, and driving sales through merchandising and staff performance. Requires management experience, strong communication, multi-tasking ability, and flexibility in scheduling to meet business needs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and potentially overnight shifts
