Job Summary
Part Time Support Lead at Five Below overseeing store operations, training crew on the BEST customer service experience, acting as Manager on Duty, opening/closing procedures, cash handling, stock receiving and merchandising, and driving sales while managing expenses. Requires prior management experience, strong communication and multitasking abilities, and a flexible schedule including weekends; ensures a fast, friendly checkout and maintains store policies and procedures to support performance and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of management experience
