Job Summary
Oversee daily store operations as Part Time Support Lead, train crew on the BEST customer service experience, and ensure fast, friendly checkout. Lead and coach associates, assist with receiving and stocking, act as Manager on Duty when needed, manage opening/closing procedures, and support onboarding and ongoing training. Drive sales and control expenses through merchandising and staff performance, collaborate with store leadership on procedures, and maintain ups-to-date knowledge of policies. Requires strong communication, multi-tasking, leadership, and adaptability to a flexible schedule. Must be able to handle cash, stockroom duties, and occasional travel as required.
Required Qualifications
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of management experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Creative thinking
- Flexible schedule (day, evening, weekends, and may include overnight shifts)
