Job Summary
The Supervisor will lead the shop floor to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales and profit goals. Responsibilities include managing personnel, product and merchandising functions, communicating promotions, opening/closing the store, driving sales through motivating the team, ensuring high in-store standards, training staff on product knowledge, and developing a talent pool for key positions. The role requires prior supervisory or specialist experience within a premium or luxury brand, strong people-management and communication skills, and the ability to maintain brand standards and a positive store experience for customers.
