Part - Time Supervisor, South Park NC

The Supervisor will oversee in-store sales and service to meet or exceed sales, KPIs, and profitability in a TravisMathew retail location. Responsibilities include driving a customer-centric sales floor, building repeat clientele, maintaining product knowledge across seasonal lines, contributing to product and visual merchandising, coordinating store events and CRM activities to reward repeat business, and mentoring part-time and seasonal staff. Strong proficiency with Microsoft applications and POS systems, back-office operations, and visual merchandising is required, along with the ability to communicate effectively, collaborate cross-functionally, make independent decisions, and work non-traditional hours (weekends, evenings, holidays). A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field is preferred, with 1-3 years of retail store management and 2 years in client services. Equal employment opportunity statement included.
