Part Time Supervisor

Store Supervisor responsible for supporting store management and contributing to financial growth through sales, expense control, and KPI achievement. Drives profitable sales, models excellent customer service, trains and retains staff, maintains visual and housekeeping standards, and assists in managing inventory and loss prevention. Leads in the absence of a manager, coordinates training for new hires, coaches for improvement, and ensures proper execution of floor changes, promotions, and store operations. Focuses on product knowledge, employee relations, and creating a high-energy store experience aligned with LS&CO selling standards (Connect, Consult and Close).
