Job Summary
Direct and lead retail strategies and execute store operations to deliver financial growth and sustained brand equity. Responsibilities include meeting/exceeding daily store sales and performance goals, modeling sales performance for retail associates, coaching and training staff on product knowledge, reconciling daily cash receipts and making bank deposits, opening and closing the store, and managing inventory. Requires a Bachelor's degree and several years of retail and store-management experience, with strong interpersonal and organizational skills, exceptional communication, and a hands-on approach to leadership in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (5+ years retail work experience may be substituted for a degree)
- Minimum 3 years retail experience
- Minimum 2 years experience in store management position
- Strong apparel experience
- Solid experience and demonstrated skills in supervising, coaching and training sales associates
- Impeccable communication skills across all channels
- Excellent discretion, judgment, tact and diplomacy
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
