Part Time Supervisor, Levi’s® Cherry Hill

Conduct daily store operations including cash handling, merchandise processing, floor setting, and markdowns while maintaining policy compliance. Supervise the team in the absence of other management members, delivering formal performance feedback and providing consistent coaching on sales training and service behaviors. Proactively resolve consumer concerns and partner with store management to set expectations, coach engagement, and meet daily sales and performance goals. Train new and current employees on product knowledge, loss prevention, and store programs. Handle elevated consumer issues in partnership with the store manager.
