Job Summary
Deliver excellent customer experiences by maintaining deep product knowledge and acting as a partner between customers, sales associates, and store leadership. Train and grow the team through coaching and feedback while ensuring operational excellence via scheduling, inventory management, and employee performance evaluations. Generate business results by achieving key KPIs across sales, merchandising, visual standards, and operations. Support the Store Manager on initiatives and proactively drive business growth through community outreach. Maintain awareness of current and upcoming product trends to meet customer needs. Flexible availability required, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of retail management experience
- Passionate and knowledgeable about streetwear and sneaker culture
- Experience supervising, training and coaching sales associates
- Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience
- Motivated to achieve great results because of one's enthusiasm from interacting with customers and athletic products
- Strong cognitive and mathematical skills, including problem analysis, decision making and financial analysis
- Is resourceful and versatile in responding to changing demands and opportunities in a rapidly changing omni-channel retail environment
- High level of ethics, values, integrity, and trust
- Flexible availability – including nights, weekends, and holidays
