Part Time Supervisor (Consumer Experience)

Supervisor responsible for guiding and coaching store associates to deliver an exemplary customer experience while executing sales strategies and maintaining operational excellence. The role emphasizes leadership, mentorship, driving revenue growth, meeting or exceeding sales and performance goals, and ensuring brand equity through consistent store standards. Must be able to support, assist, and coach the team, follow store policies, and handle physical tasks (heavy lifting up to 40 lbs). Requires reliable transportation, and eligibility to work (18+).
