Job Summary
Supervises Package Handlers, trains and develops workgroups, and holds them to safety, production, and attendance standards; drives accountability for safety policies, policy compliance, and OSHA requirements; builds a positive, team-oriented environment with proactive communication and cross-departmental cooperation; provides orientation, skill development, and coaching to staff; requires strong communication, MS Office proficiency, ability to lift 70 lbs, and the flexibility to work up to 5 days per week in a fast-paced warehouse; Bachelor's degree preferred and management experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalence - Preferred
- Management experience - Preferred
