Job Summary
Supervises Package Handlers in a warehouse, trains and develops teams, enforces safety, production, and attendance standards; drives productivity and accuracy, maintains customer service quality, and fosters a positive, collaborative work environment. Leads orientation, coaching, and ongoing evaluations to support professional growth, ensures compliance with safety policies and OSHA requirements, and coordinates resources to maximize output. Requires ability to lift 70 lbs and flexible shifts; Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred; part-time, permanent role with UPS.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
- Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs
- Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Part-Time employee type: Permanent
