Job Summary
Part-time substitute teacher in Weslaco, TX. You set your own schedule (up to 5 days/week) and can teach across K-12 schools in the Rio Grande Valley. Earn up to $145/day (higher rate for 48+ college credits/associate’s level credentials and for Bachelor’s/Master’s degrees). Paid via W-2. Path to permanent roles at high-performing K-12 schools. Responsibilities include classroom coverage, lunch/recess supervision, tutoring, and testing proctoring. Must pass background checks. Required Qualifications
- Have at least 1 year working with kids in any setting (classroom, tutoring, coaching, etc.)

- Are willing to step in where needed - this could include lunch/recess supervision, hallway monitoring, tutoring, and proctoring during testing season
- Pass state & federal background checks (costs reimbursed after 10 assignments)
