Part-time Substitute Teacher in Round Rock/Austin area. Set your own schedule, with up to 5 days/week in K-12 teaching assignments. Responsibilities include covering lessons in classrooms, lunch/recess supervision, tutoring, and proctoring during testing season. Requires at least 1 year of experience with kids and 48+ college credit hours (equivalent to Associate’s). Paid via W-2 with weekly pay; paths to full-time roles in high-performing K-12 schools. Be prepared to undergo background checks. Required Qualifications
- Have at least 1 year working with kids in any setting (classroom, tutoring, coaching, etc.)
- Completed 48+ college credit hours
- Feel confident managing a classroom of students
- Are willing to step in where needed (lunch/recess supervision, hallway monitoring, tutoring, and proctoring during testing season)
- Pass state & federal background checks (costs reimbursed after 10 assignments)
