Part-Time Substitute Teacher - Alphonsus Academy and Center for the Arts - Lake View

Monitor students and maintain a positive learning environment in the absence of the regularly scheduled teacher while implementing lesson plans or consulting with staff if unavailable. Keep the classroom clean, respectful, and orderly by following school procedures, enforcing rules, and ensuring student safety. Maintain records of attendance, inquiries, and incidents while communicating with students, parents, and administrators. Actively support the school's mission across all grade levels within a diverse population. This role requires a Bachelor's degree, valid state teaching licensure, and 1 to 3 years of teaching experience, including remote learning. Compensation is $135 per day or $150 per day with a Professional Education Loan (PEL).
