Job Summary
Model and coach consumers through customer service, sales, merchandising, and store operations functions. Suggest looks incorporating latest trends and promotions based on consumer needs, while resolving concerns consistent with company policy. Partner with store management on elevated issues and engage consumers with the Red Tab Loyalty program. Efficiently handle cash, merchandise operations including shipment processing, floor set, markdown, and replenishment systems. Perform store procedures in compliance with policy and follow store management directives. Available for a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Is fashion savvy and interested in current trends
- Enjoys being busy and juggling multiple tasks
- You are available to work a flexible schedule to meet, including evening, weekend and holidays
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds, as well as constant standing, walking, kneeling, squatting, bending, reaching overhead, and climbing ladders with or without reasonable accommodation
- Have reliable transportation
- Must be 16 years old
