Job Summary
Greet guests warmly and confidently while demonstrating strong product knowledge across handbags, ready-to-wear, jewelry, and footwear. Actively listen to understand customer needs, provide styling advice to create complete looks, and guide purchase decisions for a seamless checkout. Maintain operational excellence through stockroom organization and POS transactions, while giving and receiving honest, constructive feedback. Drive results through strong customer connections and storytelling, ensuring customers feel celebrated and invited to return. Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and high-traffic days. Lift at least 25 lbs regularly.
Required Qualifications
- Professional selling skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities
- Prior experience in a retail environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting
- Social media awareness
- Willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques
- English proficiency
- Local language proficiency per market
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business—including nights, weekends, busy season, and high-traffic retail days (including but not limited to public holidays)
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs, occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver sales floor and stockroom
