Part Time Style Advisor

Part-time or full-time Style Advisor at Lilly Pulitzer’s King of Prussia store. Responsible for promoting the selling culture, building strong client relationships, leading the sales team, and driving sales through exceptional client experiences. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, understand the Lilly Pulitzer brand framework, and provide personalized styling to create meaningful moments. Participate in team selling, manage the sales floor to prioritize client experience, and communicate with clients post-sale. The role requires ability to lift up to 20 pounds, be on your feet, and work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in-store.
