Job Summary
Execute store merchandising standards and pricing, refresh and replenish the sales floor, and deliver excellent customer service. Engage customers, assist with products and services, perform pricing activities (price changes, sign changes, ticketing) accurately, and prevent loss by following product protection standards. Support the POS and customer service departments to deliver a fast, engaging checkout experience while meeting individual goals in productivity, credit, and loyalty. Collaborate with other associates on merchandising incoming product and maintain safety and company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- No retail experience required
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and reading skills, legible handwriting, and basic computer operation
- Ability to operate and communicate on multiple frequency devices, handheld scanners, and other technology equipment
- Ability to maintain prompt and regular attendance and meet scheduling requirements
