Job Summary
Execute store merchandising standards and product presentation on the sales floor, including pricing and recovery, while delivering excellent customer service. Remerchandise and replenish merchandise based on sell-through and seasonal changes; engage customers and assist with product selection. Perform pricing activities (price changes, sign changes, ticketing) accurately and promptly; help prevent loss by following product protection standards. Support colleagues with merchandising incoming product and collaborate to meet individual productivity and goals. Adhere to company policies, maintain safety, and demonstrate teamwork, integrity, and a customer-service mindset. Requires basic math/reading, ability to stand and lift up to 50 lbs, and flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
