Job Summary
Execute store merchandising standards and pricing changes, replenish salesfloor, engage customers, support POS and customer service, and collaborate with associates to achieve goals. Demonstrate strong customer service, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task while maintaining store policies and safety guidelines. Requires flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; physical capability to lift up to 50 lbs; basic math/reading skills; and proficiency with store technology and ticketing.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
- Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- No retail experience required
- Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to operate and communicate on multiple frequency devices, handheld scanners, and other technology equipment
- Ability to stand for scheduled shift and lift up to 50 lbs (with/without assistance)
