Part-Time Store Merchandising Associate

Part-Time Store Merchandising Associate at Kohl’s responsible for executing store merchandising standards and pricing, remerchandising and replenishment based on sell-through and seasonal changes, and delivering excellent customer service. You will engage customers, assist with products and services, perform pricing activities (price changes, sign changes, ticketing) accurately and promptly, and help prevent loss by following product protection standards. You’ll support and partner with other associates on merchandising incoming product, maintain safety policies, assist at point of sale, and contribute to a fast, friendly customer experience while meeting individual productivity and loyalty goals. Requires basic math and reading skills, ability to operate handheld scanners and POS systems, and the physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs (two-person lift for heavier items). Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required. Pay starts at $12.50 per hour (annualized $26,000). Minimum age 16+ with no prior retail experience required.
