Job Summary
Part-Time Store Merchandising Associate at Kohl's in College Station. You will execute store merchandising standards, pricing and recovery, replenish salesfloor based on sell-through and seasonal changes, and deliver excellent customer service. Responsibilities include merchandising to guidelines, handling price and ticketing changes, preventing loss, collaborating with teammates, supporting POS and customer service to drive a fast, accurate checkout experience, and meeting individual productivity and service goals. Requires excellent customer service, the ability to multi-task with attention to detail, and flexible availability starting in the early morning (6am). Must be 16+ and able to lift up to 50 lbs; no retail experience required beyond a willingness to learn and comply with policies and training. Pay starts at $12.50 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task
- Verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math and reading skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to perform essential functions and follow company policies
- Ability to comply with dress code and safety standards
