Job Summary
Stock designated shelves and displays while ensuring back stock is properly broken down and placed on pallets or trailers. Gather shells, flats, and damaged items for pickup, and assist presales by reviewing promotions and orders before finalizing delivery sheets. Communicate issues with the sales and delivery team, inspect customer shelves, and audit out-of-date products to maintain freshness. Support forecasting based on sales reports to minimize pallet pick-ups. Adhere to daily schedules, adapt to work assignment changes, and follow all company policies. Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Valid drivers license meeting acceptable criteria
- Must provide insurance declaration of insurance document showing minimum coverage of $100K/$300K/$100K
- Must have reliable transportation
- Mileage tracking system allows for reimbursement for miles driven for work
- Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Must be able to occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds using an electric pallet jack or cart
- Must have Close vision
- Must have Distance vision
- Must have Peripheral vision
- Must have Depth perception
- Must have Ability to adjust focus
- Must be able to use hands to finger, handle, or feel
- Must be able to reach with hands and arms
- Must be able to talk or hear
