Job Summary
Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker at ALDI in Cary, IL. The role combines customer-facing cashier duties with stock/merchandising responsibilities to maintain smooth store operations and a high-quality shopping experience. Responsibilities include using the POS system to process purchases, following cash policies, assisting with curbside pickup, stocking shelves, following merchandising planograms, maintaining store cleanliness and safety, adhering to inventory procedures, and supporting management in achieving operational goals. Must be able to arrive as early as 5:00am for stocker duties, provide prompt and courteous service, operate store equipment, and communicate effectively while meeting attendance and availability requirements. Wage starts at $19.00 per hour with potential increases over time, and this is a part-time position (<30 hours/week). Education and experience preferences include a high school diploma or equivalent and prior retail experience.
