Job Summary
Part-Time Store Cashier/Stocker at ALDI. Cashier duties include scanning purchases with POS system, handling cash policies, and managing curbside pickup. Stocker duties include stocking shelves following merchandising planograms and early morning availability. Responsibilities emphasize customer service, store safety, inventory procedures, proper cleaning, and adherence to company policies. Starting wage $18.00/hour with incremental increases through Year 5. Requires ability to perform tasks with/without accommodations, and to operate store equipment (cash register, floor scrubber, pallet jacks, baler, etc.). Education preferred: high school diploma or equivalent; 18+ years old; prior retail experience preferred.
Required Qualifications

- Prior retail experience preferred
- At least 18 years old
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Ability to operate cash registers/POS systems
- Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and with others
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
- Able to arrive to work as early as 5:00am
- Experience in retail environment preferred
