Job Summary
Part-time Store Cashier/Stocker at ALDI. The role combines cashier duties with stocker responsibilities to keep shelves stocked and organized, maintain merchandising standards, and support store management in achieving operational goals. Key duties include operating the POS system, processing customer purchases, adhering to cash policies, handling curbside pickup orders, stocking shelves per planograms, maintaining inventory procedures, ensuring safe working conditions, and performing general cleaning. Early start availability for stocker shifts (as early as 5:00am) and strong customer service, communication, and basic arithmetic skills are required. Starting wage is $18.00/hour with scheduled increases through Year 5 (up to $20.00/hour). Must be at least 18 years old and able to work in a retail environment with reliable attendance and flexibility in availability.
