Job Summary
Part-time ALDI cashier and stocker role focused on delivering friendly, efficient checkout service and maintaining organized shelves. Responsibilities include operating the POS system, processing purchases, handling curbside pickup, stocking shelves according to merchandising plans, supporting store management in achieving operational efficiency and safety, and maintaining inventory and cleaning standards. Requires 18+ years old, high school diploma or equivalent preferred, reliability in attendance and availability, ability to work early shifts (as early as 5:00am), and strong customer service and basic math/comms skills. Prior retail experience preferred; ability to work independently or with others and to follow store policies.
Required Qualifications

- Prior work experience in a retail environment preferred
- Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
- Ability to operate POS system and cash handling procedures

- Ability to meet availability requirements
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
- Ability to operate store equipment (cash registers, baler, pallet jacks, etc.)
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to interpret and apply store operating policies
