Job Summary
ALDI part-time role combining cashier and stocker duties. Provide friendly, efficient checkout service using the POS system, follow cash policies, and assist with stocking shelves according to merchandising standards. Responsibilities include helping achieve operational efficiency, supporting loss-prevention goals, maintaining safe work environments, and ensuring inventory procedures are followed. Stocker duties involve stocking shelves/ displays, following planograms, and being available for early shifts (as early as 5:00am). Requires strong customer service, basic arithmetic, ability to work with others, and reliable attendance. Education: high school diploma or equivalent preferred; minimum age 18. Wage starting at $20.50 per hour with scheduled increases over time.
Required Qualifications
