Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer service principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor following established procedures. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting store recovery, shrink reduction goals, and safety awareness. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as needed. This part-time role offers a flexible schedule with a starting pay range of $13.25 to $13.75 per hour at Sierra in Charlotte, NC.
