Job Summary
Manage daily retail operations at the Springfield, OH location, including customer service, sales assistance, and inventory management. Handle cash transactions, process returns, and maintain store cleanliness and safety standards. Work Monday through Saturday from 7AM to 8PM, with Sunday hours from 9AM to 6PM, while observing holidays such as Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter. This role supports the retail division of Gordon Food Service, which serves small food service operators and families across North America.
Required Qualifications
- At least 16 years of age
- Able to provide superior customer service
- Able to multitask
- Work on your own or within a team
- Basic math and computer skills
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Letter of support from customer management (for candidates who work for a Gordon Food Service customer)
